Executive AI Leadership Programme Overview

We believe the leaders who will define the next decade of business will not be those who simply adopt AI tools, but those who understand that this AI-led transformation is as much about capabilities as it is technology; that it is structural not just operational. The New P&L Executive Leadership Programme has been designed to tackle this challenge head on. Our Executive Leadership Coaching Programme is a six-month, one-to-one coaching engagement built specifically for senior leaders and managers to help redesign their leadership and culture for the age of AI.

Over 26 one-hour weekly (or 13 fortnightly two hour) online sessions, spanning six months, we focus on building the leadership capabilities that directly impact on team performance, decision making, and organisational outcomes. Each month is framed by a leadership thematic arc that will build progressively on each other over the six- month period. Between each session, focused assignments are issued to ensure that the monthly themes and insights are immediately translated into action in a practical work setting; creating a rhythm of reflection, experimentation and integration that aims to help drive real and lasting change.

  • Initial two-hour exploration and briefing session to understand ‘live issues and opportunities’ in client’s organisation and align with the monthly thematic arcs

  • 26 weekly one-hour 1:1 sessions focused on real, live challenges (or thirteen 2-hour fortnightly sessions)

  • Assignments and practical tools provided to apply immediately within the client’s organisation

  • Structured monthly thematic arcs that build capability and learning progressively
